Ratcliffe Mortgages was formed in 1999 by the principal Bill Edisbury who has many years experience in the finance sector, and has helped a very wide range of clients in that time.

Ratcliffe Mortgages is completely independent and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for mortgage and non investment insurance business.

- Self certified, both self employed or employed (the overall cost for comparison is 6.7% APR)

- Arrears, CCJs & defaults (the overall cost for comparison is 7.8% APR)

- 1st time buyers, Right To Buy, (the overall cost for comparison is 7.2% APR)

-  Buy To Let and Commercial Mortgages (not regulated by the FSA)

- Mortgage & income protection insurance

- Life, level and decreasing term

- Buildings and contents

- Overseas mortgages (not regulated by the FSA)

You home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.

You have the option of either paying a fee and allowing us to receive commission from the lender (a typical fee for this arrangement would be £300); or pay a larger fee and have the lender’s commission refunded to you (a typical fee for this arrangement would be 1% of the loan amount). Most times advice is fee free.
