Home Movers* Bespoke Mortgage Services * 30000 Products Available Moving house can be a very stressful time and we aim to help take some of the stress out of the move by managing the whole mortgage process for you. With some lenders we can get lending decisions in 24 hours. When we have all the information from you, by completing a ‘Fact Find’, we will source the most suitable product for you from our extensive database. This contains about 7,000 mortgage products, many of which are not available on the High Street; the data base is updated everyday ensuring that any changes in the products available are immediately reflected. We will keep in regular contact with all the parties involved in the process, the Solicitors acting for you (if you haven’t chosen a Solicitor, we will help you appoint one), the Lender (to ensure progress of your Offer), the Estate Agent (to ensure they are kept up to date on how things are progressing). We will update you on a weekly basis, either by e-mail or telephone on the progress of your application. |
